Hi there! My name is Faith & my husband’s name is Mateo! Nia coordinated our wedding this past May & she was hands down the biggest blessing of all things wedding planning. In our initial meeting, I could tell Nia cared about so much more than just our wedding day. She had a desire to get to know Mateo & I individually — what we were excited for, nervous about, dreading & everything in between about the wedding day. Between that care & her attention to detail, as well as her calming spirit, Nia made our day seamless. She tackled every step of the day with confidence & a plan. I cannot speak highly enough of Nia’s wedding planning + coordinating services. She worked with us the month of our wedding and each meeting was an immense help. I always left feeling more calm and excited for our big day! Nia ensured I was always heard & helped my vision for our wedding come to life! She is calm under pressure and doesn’t let any wedding day chaos (including sewing a groomsman’s trousers an hour before the ceremony- true story) get in the way of making sure the day runs smoothly. Nia went above and beyond to make sure me, my husband Jeremy, & everyone else involved in planning felt heard and cared for throughout the process! Multiple people in my bridal party and family commented on what an excellent job Nia did to make our day run smoothly!

Nia is an amazing coordinator! We got her 1-month package and it was PERFECT for what we needed. She met with us twice prior to the wedding to talk about our vision, timeline, and goals for the wedding day and was always responsive in between. I cannot emphasize enough just how smooth the wedding went! Nia's confident, calm presence helped alleviate any stress during the event, but she was so prepared that we didn't have to interact with the logistics side of things at all during the wedding day. Our family and guests also mentioned how impressed they were with her! Having Nia as our wedding day coordinator was, in a word, EASY! We would not have been able to step back and enjoy making lifetime memories without all her hard work.
